Embroidery is the process of stitching thread into fabric, creating or replicating your design in a raised and textured pattern. It looks great on polos, jackets, uniforms, workwear, tote bags, and other thicker fabrics.
Absolutely. We ask that you provide us with a vector file, which could be AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. We may be able to use a PNG, but it depends on the quality of the file. If you’re working with a professional graphic designer, they should be able to give you a vector file. When you give us a digital logo or design, we then turn it into beautiful stitching!
R&S Sports does not re-create copyright or trademarked designs. Customers are responsible for obtaining legal rights and permissions to use the artwork they submit. This includes any school logos or team branding, licensed characters, and other designs. We can attach a patch that you previously purchased.
Our turnaround time for embroidery depends on order size, apparel availability, complexity, and time of year. Busy seasons (like sports and school events) may also affect timing. If you need a rush order, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
All that said, the standard production time for a custom embroidered product is between 7-14 days.
There are currently no minimums for our embroidery services. We love to create small personal orders for gifts, and we can accommodate bulk orders for businesses or organizations.
Size options will vary by brand and apparel type. We offer youth and adult sizes, and we’ve seen adult sizes go up to 6XL at our distributors.. We can review sizing with you during the quote process.
Pricing typically begins at $30 for any size job. With the expertise and machinery needed, we cannot start at a lower price. Pricing also depends on the size of the logo or design, stitch count, apparel type, and quantity of order. We provide bulk pricing when your order qualifies.
